Refund policy

We understand that circumstances may change and you may cancel your subscription.If you cancel, you must notify us  in writing through the portal, email, or text one week before the payment processes. Payment is due upfront and then the letters go out. You will get a notification from the software showing what's been disputed. For the following months, if payment was not received, then letters do not go out. Since you are on auto pay, letters will automatically go out as long as the payment goes through. 



If you dispute any payments made to myself or company, you will be banned from booking and you will be charged an additional $350.
